The Department of Management at Aarhus BSS, Aarhus University, invites applications for a 3-year postdoc position in the Novo Nordisk Foundation-funded project “PlantTip” focusing on modelling food consumer behavior and policy responses.

This work will be informed by extensive empirical work and will use ODD & TRACE for documentation to compare alternative cage free housing systems based on chicken welfare and laying of eggs outside nest boxes. Work will incorporate perspectives from industry as well as interested non-governmental organizations.
