Applying agent-based models to archaeological data, using modern ethnoarchaeological data as an analog for behavior.
Assistant Proffesor at Faculty of Human Geography, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poland
Graduate student in Disaster Science and Management at the University of Delaware.
I am a first year PhD student at the Jill Dando Institute for Security and Crime Science at University College London

Leonardo Grando is a Ph.D. Student at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in Brazil. I am interested in complex systems, agent-based simulation, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, programming, and machine learning tools. I have expertise in Netlogo, Python, R, Latex, SQL, and Linux tools.
My Ph.D. work project is an IoT devices (UAVs) swarm agent-based modeling simulation (ABMS) aiming the perpetual flight. The workflow is Netlogo to ABMS simulate, Python and R to data analysis, and I use Latex for my thesis writing.
I am a first year PhD student interested in applying ABM to understand the effect of formalizing property rights on the governance of land and natural resources.
Modeling and simulation of future impacts of information and communication technologies on environmental sustainability using agent based modeling and system dynamics
I am investigating the use of machine learning techniques in non-stationary modeling environments to better reproduce aspects of human learning and decision-making in human-natural system simulations.
I am a Ph.D. student studying the interactions between external regulations and social norms in natural resource management and international development. In particular, I am looking to use mixed methods research, including ethnographic research, field experiments, and agent-based computational models to explore the sustainability of market-based interventions and their possible perverse outcomes.
