He has co-authored four indexed articles on the effects of nanosecond pulsed electric fields on voltage-sensing proteins. He is a member of the Bioinspired Artificial Intelligence Lab and coordinates the Robotics Unit at Fundación Ciencia & Vida, where he has supervised nine undergraduate engineering internships.
