In this model, we extend March’s organizational learning model (and one of his successors Miller et al’s interpersonal learning model) to encompass non-Aristotelian logics.
This first extensions cover Yin-Yang logic, which proves to be more effective in grasping VUCA environments (March did implicitly stage his model in a U of VUCA enviroment, to be fair).
