An opportunity is available for a fully funded PhD position to work on a project that aims to analyze how global and local connections and networks impact the spread of an infectious disease. The project will combine a number of methodologies such as network analysis, agent-based modelling, machine learning, and mathematical modelling.

This postdoc will help design, develop and apply an Agent Based Model simulating the effects of stressors on least bells vireos (an endangered bird species found in southern California).
