C Michael Barton | Published Wed Jun 12 23:54:35 2013 | Last modified Wed Sep 3 23:37:34 2014

Model of shifting cultivation. All parameters can be controlled by the user or the model can be run in adaptive mode, in which agents innovate and select parameters.

C Michael Barton | Published Wed Aug 15 23:17:18 2012 | Last modified Sat Apr 27 20:18:34 2013

Models land-use, perception, and biocultural interactions between two forager populations.

A simulation tool for capability-based team task allocation in emergency-responce environments

Afsaneh Fatemi | Published Wed Mar 16 06:07:47 2011 | Last modified Sat Apr 27 20:18:19 2013

Its a multi agent simulation environment, provided using JADE/Java. It gets the number of agents and tasks, then divides the physical environment to some segments, and then runs a greedy capability-based coalition formation and task allocation algorithm to assign tasks to groups of agents and complete the tasks.

SBH trust model

Di Wang | Published Tue Dec 14 14:50:47 2010 | Last modified Sat Apr 27 20:18:45 2013

This is a computational model to articulate the theory and test some assumption and axioms for the trust model and its relationship to SBH.

SimAdapt: An individual-based genetic model for simulating landscape management impacts on populations

00 PSoup V1.22 – Primordial Soup

Garvin Boyle | Published Thu Apr 13 21:03:10 2017

PSoup is an educational program in which evolution is demonstrated, on the desk-top, as you watch. Blind bugs evolve sophisticated heuristic search algorithms to be the best at finding food fast.

Prisoner's Dilemma Game on Complex Networks with Agents' Adaptive Expectations

Bo Xianyu | Published Wed Nov 16 11:34:40 2011 | Last modified Sat Apr 27 20:18:43 2013

This model studies the effect of the agents’ adaptive expectation on cooperation frequency in the prisoner’s dilemma game in complex networks from an agent based approach. The model is implemented in Repast simphony 1.2.

Peninsula_Iberica 1.0

Carolina Cucart-Mora Sergi Lozano Javier Fernández-López De Pablo | Published Fri Nov 4 10:14:33 2016 | Last modified Mon Nov 27 09:36:32 2017

This model was build to explore the bio-cultural interaction between AMH and Neanderthals during the Middle to Upper Paleolithic Transition in the Iberian Peninsula

The model explores how two types of information - social (in the form of pheromone trails) and private (in the form of route memories) affect ant colony level foraging in a variable enviroment.
