Parameters:

consumerAgent - The agent whose subjective norm is requested

Returns:

The value of the subjective norm of the respective agent

Throws:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - Will be thrown when the agent doesn't dispose of an agent attribute for the subjective norm
